Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be of legal drinking age as required by state law
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with all alcohol service regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
  • Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
  • Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service
  • Use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers
  • Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items
  • Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
