Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly is preferred
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol or bartend based on local city and state regulations
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, sometimes over 8 hours
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications

- Candidate must be at or above the minimum legal age to serve alcohol or bartend according to local regulations
Job Duties
- Greet guests, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, create drink recipes with appropriate garnishes
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests
- Prepare accurate beginning counts and issue inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies
- Work collaboratively with wait staff and other team members to ensure prompt customer service
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform physical tasks including significant walking, standing for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing or pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Perform repetitive movements as required in a fast-paced environment
