With locations across the United States and internationally, Fogo de Chao has built a reputation for exceptional service, premium quality ingredients, and a unique dining atmosphere that celebrates Brazilian culinary culture. The company’s mission centers on igniting fire and joy not only through its culinary offerings but also by fostering a caring environment for its team, guests, and communities. At Fogo de Chao, employees find a vibrant workplace with an emphasis on teamwork, inclusion, and professional growth opportunities at every level, making it an ideal employer for individuals passionate about hospitality and culinary arts.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders to join our team immediately. This role is essential in providing our guests with an outstanding beverage experience that complements the unique food offerings. You will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience by interacting with guests, recommending drinks based on preferences, and ensuring all beverages are served with the highest standards of quality and presentation.

In addition to preparing and serving drinks, you will also manage inventory, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and comply with all applicable liquor laws and safety regulations. Part of the role includes educating yourself and supporting your colleagues in understanding beverage varieties and bar terminology. This position offers a full-time and part-time employment opportunity, with compensation and benefits designed to support both professional and personal well-being. Full-time team members are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment, alongside company-paid life insurance and short-term disability.
