Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending experience preferred
Valid alcohol service certification preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Basic math skills

Job Duties

Greet guests promptly and provide warm courteous and professional service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards
Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area
Maintain a clean working area by sweeping vacuuming dusting cleaning of glass doors and windows etc as needed
Engage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to requests efficiently
Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all laws and policies
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
Collaborate with servers supervisors and team members to ensure smooth service operations
Follow all safety sanitation and company procedures at all times
