Job Requirements

- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Valid alcohol service certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide warm courteous and professional service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area
- Maintain a clean working area by sweeping vacuuming dusting cleaning of glass doors and windows etc as needed
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and respond to requests efficiently
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with all laws and policies
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with servers supervisors and team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Follow all safety sanitation and company procedures at all times
