Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 or 21 depending on state law
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new drink recipes and company standards
- Physical ability to lift and carry beverage-related items
- Commitment to upholding health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology is beneficial
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols effectively
Job Duties
- Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touch points
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and accurately
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
