The Barista/Apps position at Din Tai Fung is a vital back-of-house role centered on delivering an exceptional beverage and appetizer experience consistent with the brand's standards. As a Barista/Apps team member, you will expertly prepare all beverages at the Boba station, plate appetizer items at the side station, and carefully handle takeout orders at the Packing Station. Your work will align strictly with the restaurant's established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every item meets the high-quality expectations Din Tai Fung is known for. This role demands precision, consistency, and a strong spirit of teamwork as you will maintain cleanliness, organization, and well-stocked inventory across multiple stations. Based in Manhattan at the Paramount Plaza location on 1633 Broadway, the Barista/Apps role offers a competitive pay rate of $22.00 per hour, complemented by a robust benefits package.
