The Barista position at Flik Hospitality Group is a full-time role designed for individuals passionate about coffee culture and customer service. This role involves preparing and serving specialty espresso drinks and related food and beverage items while ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines and company standards for quality. As a Barista, you will be responsible for not only crafting delicious beverages but also providing a friendly and courteous experience for all customers. The position requires prior barista experience to ensure proficiency in preparing a wide range of coffee orders and maintaining service speed and accuracy.

Working full-time from Monday through Thursday, hours may vary and will be confirmed during the interview process. The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour, reflecting the value placed on skilled and dedicated team members. Effective communication skills are crucial, as the Barista interacts regularly with customers, providing detailed menu knowledge and assisting with product choices to enhance the customer experience.
