This full-time, non-management Food and Beverage role at the Sheraton in Dallas involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing top-notch service in the culinary and beverage areas. The position requires the employee to handle opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and necessary instruments, cleaning equipment and workspaces, securely locking doors, and ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to. A crucial part of the role involves taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the MICROS POS system, preparing food and coffee, and processing payments accurately. The employee is also expected to maintain cleanliness and order throughout the day, including sanitizing tables, utensils, and equipment.

The role emphasizes strict compliance with company safety policies, reporting maintenance or safety issues, completing safety training, and maintaining professional appearance standards. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to support team members, treat colleagues with dignity and respect, and foster a cooperative work environment. Job Qualifications
