This full-time, non-management position within Sheraton's Food and Beverage & Culinary category offers an engaging opportunity for individuals eager to join a dynamic hospitality environment. Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • lock doors
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customers
  • take orders and record them in the MICROS system
  • prepare food and coffee beverages
  • ensure appliances like coffee makers are turned on/off at appropriate times
  • bus coffee cart areas and tables
  • clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
  • obtain change required for expected business level
  • count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports
  • resolve discrepancies
  • drop off receipts and secure bank
  • follow company safety and security policies
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
