Upshift is currently looking for Barbacks to join their pool of workers for flexible shifts. This role involves working in bar environments where the Barback plays an essential support function, maintaining the bar’s efficiency and cleanliness. This position is well-suited for those who are energetic, reliable, and enjoy working in fast-paced environments. The Barbacks help ensure that bartenders can focus on serving customers by handling tasks such as keeping the bar stocked, prepping garnishes, changing beer kegs, collecting empty glasses, and maintaining overall cleanliness. These duties support smooth operations and contribute directly to the success of the bar. The position requires individuals who can be on their feet for the entire shift and have the physical capability to perform activities such as reaching, kneeling, and stooping.
