The role of a Food and Beverage Server within this dynamic and service-oriented company involves ensuring exceptional service at all event settings. The server's responsibilities are comprehensive, ranging from completing required documentation for events, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas such as closets and storerooms, to communicating effectively with kitchen staff regarding food-related issues. The server must arrive punctual and prepared to begin their shift, diligently follow supervisor instructions, and complete daily cleaning tasks for both on-site and off-site events. Furthermore, the server must adhere to specific dress code standards which include wearing a white starched shirt, black pants with a belt (excluding jeans, corduroys, or capris), and black non-skid shoes, embodying the professional image of the company.

In addition to the physical requirements such as standing for long periods, lifting, pushing, or pulling various weights, and navigating stairs or ladders, this position demands mental alertness, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional communication skills. Employees are expected to practice confidentiality, exhibit a friendly and upbeat personality, maintain good personal hygiene, and exhibit professionalism when answering phones or intercoms. The role also includes responsibilities typical of a wait person such as greeting and seating customers, taking food and beverage orders, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining clean dining and floor areas. Job Requirements

Job Duties
