The Banquet Chef position at Crown Block and The Crown Room is a vital leadership role focused on driving the banquet culinary efforts across these prestigious venues. This full-time role commands a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually and involves direct oversight of banquet culinary operations, menu innovation, and staff management. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Banquet Chef oversees all banquet and in-room dining kitchen staff during assigned shifts, ensuring that all food preparation upholds the highest standards of quality and presentation. The chef is responsible for creating profitable and creative banquet menus that reflect the brand's excellence, managing kitchen operations to remain within budget, and upholding a high level of service consistency and guest satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years of culinary management experience in fine dining, hotel, or catering environment
