Founder and Leadership

Elizabeth Blau, the founder and CEO, is credited with transforming Las Vegas into a premier culinary destination.

She graduated from the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and began her career in New York working with the legendary restaurateur Sirio Maccioni to expand the Le Cirque brand to Las Vegas.

Blau also held leadership roles as Vice President of Restaurant Development for Mirage Resorts and Executive Vice President of Restaurant Development and Marketing for Wynn Las Vegas.

During her tenure, she oversaw the development and promotion of numerous restaurants.

Operations and Locations

Blau & Associates operates several successful restaurants including Honey Salt and Buddy V’s Ristorante in Las Vegas as well as locations in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The company expanded to Dallas, Texas, launching the Crown Block restaurant at the Reunion Tower.
