Job Requirements
- minimum of two years progressive experience in fast food or related food operations at leadership level position
- associate or bachelor degree preferred
- strong organizational, communications and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
- proficient with microsoft office, specifically word and excel
- good attendance and availability to work overtime
- excellent work ethic and teamwork attitude
- understanding of the 85 c bakery cafe concept
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to perform moderate physical activities including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, reaching overhead, and working in extreme temperatures
Job Qualifications
