Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to work varied hours including early mornings as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations
- Eligibility for tip sharing subject to state regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking or food preparation experience is an asset
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare bagels early in the morning from as early as 3 AM
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case with fresh products each shift
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service including order taking and sandwich making
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Ensure product quality and consistency
- Assist with inventory management and baking supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
