GDMS values individuals passionate about innovation, eager to drive groundbreaking solutions in the maritime domain, and committed to fostering professional growth within their teams.

Salary ranges from USD $129,863 to $144,066 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Prospective applicants are encouraged to apply early, as the posting will remain open until the role is filled. GDMS provides a dynamic, research-driven work environment where employees have access to professional development programs, flexible schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, wellness, and work-life balance.
