The company offers a comprehensive range of services including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services. With a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles managed across more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations in over 90 countries and territories, Enterprise Mobility is dedicated to making travel easier and more convenient for its customers worldwide. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company combines tradition with innovation, fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes excellence, customer service, and community engagement.
Located at 3309 W Broadway St, Missoula, MT, Enterprise Mobility is currently seeking a responsible and dedicated Automotive Detailer to join their team. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $17 per hour and a work schedule from Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, designed to provide a balanced professional and personal life. The role of an Automotive Detailer at Enterprise Mobility is vital to the company’s commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for every vehicle that goes out on rent. The successful candidate will have hands-on responsibility for cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring each one meets stringent cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires attention to detail, dedication to quality, and a proactive approach to maintaining vehicle and site appearance.
As part of the Automotive Detailer role, you will be expected to carry out comprehensive interior and exterior cleaning processes, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and utilizing air purifiers to eliminate odors, stains, and pet hair. Beyond detailing, the role involves performing vehicle inspections such as checking fuel levels, fluids, tire pressure, and safety features. You will also be responsible for staging vehicles according to operational readiness and ensuring that any customer items found are properly handled and reported. Maintaining a clean and orderly work environment is also crucial, along with supporting overall site cleanliness including branches’ interior and exterior upkeep. Additionally, excellent customer service is an important aspect, as you may assist customers and potentially transport them between branch locations. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to quality and customer satisfaction while also benefiting from enterprise-level training and development programs.
