Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • ability to work unsupervised
  • ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately
  • ability to perform basic computer functions
  • must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • ability to work in intermittent temperatures such as outside or cooler environments
  • ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders or stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
  • ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock area, and register area
  • applicants must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years supervisory experience
  • ability to work unsupervised
  • excellent verbal communication skills
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • ability to perform basic computer functions

Job Duties

  • Assist the general manager with day-to-day store operations
  • supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees
  • monitor cash handling and inventory
  • complete and transmit daily accounting paperwork by deadline
  • maintain business records and review cashier accountability sheets
  • perform banking, payroll, invoicing, and other administrative duties
  • manage cash management procedures including bank deposits and change orders
  • ensure store security and compliance with safety guidelines
  • maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation
  • coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries
  • engage in company promotional initiatives
  • promote high guest service standards
  • perform duties as outlined by company policies and assigned by management
