The Retail Assistant Manager position at 7-Eleven is designed for individuals who are passionate about leadership and ready to contribute to a dynamic management team. This role provides the opportunity to develop valuable management and leadership skills while working full-time hours with competitive pay ranging from $15.50 to $21.00 per hour. The Assistant Store Leader Trainee is integral to maintaining the superior customer service that 7-Eleven is known for, supporting store operations, and helping to create a positive work environment for all employees.

In this role, you will work closely alongside the Store Leader, providing leadership, training, and coaching to staff members, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service with every visit. The position focuses on employee development, retention, and productivity, emphasizing the importance of identifying and nurturing qualified applicants to ensure a strong and motivated team. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of merchandising and marketing programs of the store to promote the brand and drive sales.

Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and actively promoting the store’s loyalty program are key components of the role. Maintaining a clean and safe store environment in accordance with health and sanitation standards is critical, ensuring that all products are fully stocked and the store presents well at all times. The Retail Assistant Manager must exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills along with proficient computer knowledge, especially with Microsoft Word and Excel, to manage daily operational tasks efficiently.
