Job Description

Nestled on 405 acres of Texas wilderness, Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa offers an exceptional hospitality experience just outside Austin. The resort is seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Sous Chef to join the culinary team and contribute to the tradition of excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a luxury resort or hotel setting
  • strong leadership and communication skills to effectively support and guide the culinary team
  • culinary education or equivalent hands-on experience in fine dining or banquet operations
