With a strong commitment to inclusion and equal opportunity, Marriott International fosters a workplace where employees' diverse backgrounds and experiences are valued and celebrated. They emphasize providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on protected categories, including disability and veteran status, reflecting their dedication to a supportive and welcoming environment.

The Renaissance Hotels brand is designed to offer guests more than just a stay—they provide adventure, cultural immersion, and memorable stories to take home. This ethos defines the company's approach to hospitality, aiming to create an atmosphere where both guests and employees feel inspired and valued. As part of this vibrant environment, employees are encouraged to grow personally and professionally while contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking an Entry Level Management professional to join our Food and Beverage team at the Renaissance Hotel located at 2222 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, Texas. This full-time management role, which offers competitive pay ranging from $25.77 to $30.29 per hour and includes bonus eligibility, is ideal for candidates with leadership aspirations within the hospitality industry. The position entails assisting with daily restaurant, bar, and room service operations, including menu planning, maintaining high sanitation standards, and supporting floor staff during busy periods.

The role requires diligent supervision of the Restaurants, Bars, and Room Service Departments, ensuring that both guest and employee satisfaction are prioritized while operations stay within budget. The successful candidate will be accountable for enforcing standards and legal compliance throughout the department. This includes monitoring alcohol beverage service according to local laws and communicating quality or service concerns to leadership.

Additionally, the management professional will play a critical role in mentoring staff, handling employee questions and concerns, providing performance feedback, and coaching in alignment with job duties. They will assist in daily shift operations management, supervise in the absence of higher management, and help communicate departmental goals to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. This role demands engagement in human resource activities such as ongoing training initiatives, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate should hold either a high school diploma or GED coupled with at least three years of relevant food and beverage or culinary experience, or hold a two-year degree in a related field along with one year of industry experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills in a dynamic and customer-focused environment, enabling the individual to become an integral part of a respected global hospitality brand.
