Prep and cook hot and cold foods at the Bakery/Pastry shop culinary operations at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa. The role entails overseeing bakery and pastry stations, executing menu items, ordering food items, documenting menu changes, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
