Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years of age
morning and daytime availability
physical ability to lift heavy ingredients and stand for long periods
ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
willingness to work early shifts
previous baking or pastry experience preferred

Job Qualifications

at least one year of large-scale baking or pastry experience
ability to work quickly and decorate pastries efficiently
attentiveness to local, state, and federal food handler regulations and sanitation standards
passion for quality and creativity in pastry production
willingness to work early morning shifts
formal baking or pastry education is a plus but not required

Job Duties

follow recipes accurately to create high-quality pastries
pay close attention to detail in baking and decorating
lift and handle heavy ingredients and supplies up to 50 lbs
maintain compliance with food handler and sanitation standards
adapt to changes and work flexibly in a fast-paced kitchen
arrive and work early morning shifts
contribute to a positive team environment
