We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join our team. This leadership role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences by ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving concerns promptly, and inspiring crew members and management to exceed performance expectations. The Assistant Restaurant General Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining food safety, quality standards, and operational efficiency while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

In this position, you will lead efforts to respond to Voice of the Customer feedback, manage optimal staffing levels, and drive profitability through effective product management and waste reduction. You will also ensure the restaurant remains clean, safe, and welcoming for both guests and team members. This role demands a proactive approach to leadership, a passion for customer service, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, and have a minimum of three months' experience as a Shift Manager. The role requires availability for a minimum of 40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and the capability to work nights and weekends. A valid Driver's License is mandatory.

Physical demands include the ability to stand and walk regularly, communicate effectively, handle various tasks involving the hands and arms, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. The work environment is moderately noisy and may involve exposure to cooking fumes. Adaptability, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role. Occasional travel may be required for training and regional support.
