The role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at AES Restaurant Group offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about leadership within the fast-paced restaurant sector. Job Requirements

  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
  • ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
  • ability to stand for 8-10 hours
  • ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
  • ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching motions

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to coach and develop team members effectively
  • familiarity with P&L management and operations management
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • understanding of food safety standards
  • experience with inventory and cash control
  • willingness to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and integrity

Job Duties

  • Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
  • hire, train & coach the team
  • utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
  • implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
  • set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
  • maintain compliance with all government regulations, employment law, food safety, and operations policies
  • follow and implement accounting controls
