The leadership position at Five Guys offers a salaried, non-exempt role with a starting annual pay range of $54,000 to $57,000, including eligibility for performance-based bonus rewards and overtime compensation. The working hours coincide with the restaurants' operation times, typically from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, with no drive-thru services, promoting a focus on quality and teamwork during each shift.
