The role involves managing a team of 3 to 12 employees during scheduled shifts and being accountable for all store operations during that time. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality of products by following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures accurately and consistently. Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness across the store is a key focus, from the customer-visible areas to the back of the restaurant. The manager must also maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering strictly to our Domino's Pizza Grooming and Uniform Standards. Flexibility is essential, as this position requires availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
