Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1+ year kitchen supervisory experience
- experience working in a fast-paced environment
- significant experience working in a pizza kitchen preferred
- must be willing and able to work a varied schedule including nights weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- Maintain management of the kitchen to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently including coaching and training
- maintain safe healthy and sustainable restaurant environment by establishing and enforcing sanitation standards procedures complying with health and legal regulations and observing kitchen safety and sustainability practices
- assist in menu development
- assist Kitchen Manager in sourcing ingredients that align with quality standards
- monitor and complete administrative work including reconciliation invoicing and other accounting duties
- maintain accurate pricing and inventory
- ensure food quality and manage facility kitchen equipment refrigeration and all products received
- ensure positional duties are covered throughout each shift dependent on business needs
- encourage consistent teamwork efforts
- support cohesive team through participation in hiring coaching training and effective communication
- work with Kitchen Manager and front of house leadership to educate all co-workers on available menu items
- lead training program for new back of house co-workers
- model the OBC culture and live the values of OBC always better
- support community outreach commitment
- foster relationships with community partners neighbors and vendors
- support strategic planning and implementation related to menu releases events marketing and innovative ideas
- continuously look for ways to improve processes enhance business operations profitability guest experiences and co-worker engagement
- maintain a welcoming exciting and educational work environment
- work with Kitchen Manager and front of house leadership to investigate and resolve guest complaints and feedback concerning food quality
