Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in upscale food service
- At least 1 year of multi-unit or high-volume management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic environments
- Experience with large-scale catering operations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Food safety certification preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support daily operations including food service, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist in budgeting, cost controls, and inventory management
- Hire, train, and mentor frontline and management staff
- Lead by example to maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, and campus partners
- Oversee purchasing, food production, and menu planning in coordination with culinary leadership
- Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and local health regulations
- Implement programs that drive employee engagement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
