Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in upscale food service
  • At least 1 year of multi-unit or high-volume management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments
  • Experience with large-scale catering operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Food safety certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in upscale food service, with at least 1 year in multi-unit or high-volume management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in large-scale catering operations is strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of food management systems a plus
  • ServSafe or similar food safety certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Support daily operations including food service, sanitation, and safety standards
  • Assist in budgeting, cost controls, and inventory management
  • Hire, train, and mentor frontline and management staff
  • Lead by example to maintain positive relationships with clients, employees, and campus partners
  • Oversee purchasing, food production, and menu planning in coordination with culinary leadership
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP standards and local health regulations
  • Implement programs that drive employee engagement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
