As a Restaurant General Manager at Shake Shack, you will play a pivotal role in shaping guest experiences and driving operational excellence at one of the fastest-growing brands in hospitality. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $67,932.80 to $87,380.80 and provides opportunities to lead, coach, and develop a dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your responsibilities will span managing all facets of restaurant operations, including inventory, financial performance, scheduling, and quality control. You will ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, manage payroll, and creatively promote the Shake Shack brand within the local community via events and word-of-mouth engagement.
