Job Requirements
- Min 1 year assistant manager experience in fast food or restaurant concepts
- flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas
- valid driver’s license in good standing
- access to reliable private transportation
- consent to background screening
- high school diploma or equivalent
- possess all documents required by state and federal law
- able to walk and stand for long periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- demonstrated leadership ability

Job Duties
