Job Duties

  • Drive daily service excellence by mentoring and motivating FOH and BOH staff
  • Oversee dining room and kitchen operations, jumping in wherever needed from table touches to team coaching
  • Support with budgeting, scheduling, payroll, ordering, and inventory management
  • Monitor and maintain top-tier guest experiences, resolving concerns with professionalism and heart
  • Partner on marketing initiatives, pre-shift briefings, special events, and community engagement
  • Maintain financial accountability through systems like Restaurant 365 and assist with banking duties
  • Be a hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to bus a table, run a dish, or lead by example
