Job Requirements

  • Must have three or more years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials
  • Ability to manage shifts including scheduling and planning
  • Capability to create memorable guest experiences
  • Knowledge of flavors, aromas, and food ingredient characteristics
  • Maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness
  • Perform effectively in high-volume settings
  • Manage on-the-fly requests calmly and professionally
  • Understand POS systems and online reservation platforms
  • Skills to coach, lead, and develop restaurant teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Job Qualifications

  • Three or more years of high-volume restaurant management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems and digital reservation platforms
  • Knowledge of food flavors, aromas, and ingredient characteristics
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
