Regular inspections of dining, kitchen, and storage areas are essential to guarantee compliance with company policies and safety standards. The manager will also champion employee development through recruitment, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluation, fostering a positive team culture that motivates staff to achieve high standards of service excellence. This position often entails stepping in to perform duties across the Food and Beverage team as required, underscoring the importance of versatility and leadership presence. Proficiency in industry-specific software such as Toast, Open Table, and Craftable, alongside a strong background in fine dining and beverage service procedures, is essential. The candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of liquor laws, equipment use, food handling permits, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The role provides a competitive salary range between $123,000 and $132,000 annually, with additional perks including a cellphone allowance, daily pay options, paid time off and holiday pay, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability benefits, 401K and HSA/FSA plans with employer contributions, referral bonuses, and employee discounts on lodging, dining, spa, golf, and retail services.
