Job Description

The Maryland Live Casino is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to oversee the preparation and cooking of Pan Asian foods in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Job Requirements

Five to seven years' experience in restaurant management and supervision
a 4-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
ability to comply with all state gaming regulations and obtain necessary licenses and certificates
physical ability to work long hours, stand for extended periods, handle heavy objects, and work in variable temperatures
