Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of hotel sales experience
  • knowledge of Hilton sales processes and systems
  • proficiency in OnQ, Profitsword, and PEP
  • excellent English language skills
  • ability to work weekends and attend events
  • strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • two or more years of hotel sales experience
  • multi-hotel multi-brand sales experience
  • working knowledge of OnQ, Profitsword, and PEP
  • experience with Hilton sales processes and systems
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • able to work independently and lead virtually
  • team player with professional integrity

Job Duties

  • lead and develop the sales team
  • secure new accounts and maintain existing accounts
  • execute sales and marketing strategies
  • develop and maintain relationships with key clients to produce group business
  • attend networking events and local and out-of-town meetings
  • conduct site tours
  • manage departmental budget and monitor sales activity to meet profit plans
