Job Requirements

  • a minimum of 5 years' experience as a culinary lead working in multi-site units/high-volume facilities
  • knowledge of school age meal patterns preferred
  • proven track record for developing
  • coaching
  • leading
  • and engaging culinary teams
  • strong culinary background
  • excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest standards and implement company policies
  • strong management skills
