Job Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain current food handlers card
  • ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to accurately work with numbers, orders and food specifications
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • ability to safely lift and carry heavy items with assistance
  • willingness to perform repetitive physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stooping
  • ability to work around heat sources and cleaning chemicals
  • commitment to positive attitude and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior line cook or kitchen experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills
  • manual dexterity and physical stamina
  • knowledge of food safety and handling
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Produce excellent quality food for customers
  • prepare hot and cold food products including salads, sandwiches, pastas, appetizers, pizzas, grill and sauté items
  • organize and clean work area
  • follow recipes and food specifications accurately
  • manage kitchen tasks from opening to closing
  • maintain safety and hygiene standards
  • communicate effectively with team members
