Job Duties

  • Prepare and plate breakfast and tea dishes to the highest culinary standards
  • Ensure kitchen stations are prepped and stocked for daily service
  • Honor all dietary requests with accuracy
  • Maintain timing, taste, temperature, and presentation in accordance with Executive Chef guidelines
  • Collaborate with PM kitchen team for seamless shift transition and continuous service
  • Manage kitchen logs, ordering, and delegation tasks
  • Uphold safe food handling practices and HACCP standards
