Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability for varying work hours influenced by guest occupancy and seasonal demand
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or recreational activities preferred
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs

Job Duties
- Organize and participate in a wide range of activities including picnics, sporting events, dances, and dinners
- Set up and break down event spaces before and after activities
- Foster a fun, engaging, and relaxing atmosphere for all guests
- Maintain accurate attendance records for each activity
- Assist in training new team members and volunteers within the Activities Department
- Help distribute the resort's weekly newsletter to guests
- Ensure all activity equipment and supplies are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team
