Job Requirements

Must have legal authorization to work
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to handle physical tasks associated with hotel maintenance and housekeeping
Good customer service orientation
Willingness to follow hotel policies and procedures
Ability to work under pressure

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality role is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
Basic problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends

Job Duties

Perform maintenance and repair tasks to ensure hotel facilities are operational
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
Manage front office operations including guest check-ins and check-outs
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in guest rooms and public areas
Assist guests with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
Support team members to ensure smooth hotel operations
Adhere to health and safety regulations
