Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a kitchen preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with others
  • Passion for excellent food and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Prepare breakfast and lunch meals according to established standards
  • Ensure food presentation meets the Gold Standard
  • Educate residents and team members about healthy food options
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Collaborate with culinary team members to meet service demands
  • Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in special events and PM shifts as needed
