The role of a Food Service Assistant Team Leader is crucial to our daily operations and overall success. This position requires a fearless and inspiring leader who is passionate about food and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. You will play a pivotal role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Food Service department, providing leadership to the team, and ensuring the delivery of unmatched customer service. Your responsibilities will include preparing food, such as slicing meats, making sandwiches, and cooking fresh offerings, while ensuring quality control and effective merchandising.

As a leader, you will coach, train, and communicate with all team members in the department, helping them develop their skills and drive sales. This role demands a person who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for managing labor and productivity within your department, maintaining safety protocols, and fostering a healthy work-life balance among your team.

Our compensation is competitive and paid weekly, with benefits that support your well-being and professional development. We offer retirement plans, medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and eligible dependents, and scholarships and tuition reimbursement for continued education. You will also enjoy paid family leave, generous paid time off, and various discount programs including grocery savings and entertainment perks, making this position not only rewarding but also supportive of your lifestyle and goals.

Joining our team means becoming part of an inspiring vision and a community-driven culture where your contributions are recognized and celebrated. If you are a friendly, customer-service-oriented individual with a passion for food and leadership, this is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level while making a positive impact in your community.
