In January 2023, Wild Eggs was acquired by Miami-based investment group PG Growth Opportunities Fund. The new ownership aims to strengthen the brand in existing markets and pursue nationwide expansion.

Under this leadership, the company has announced franchising opportunities in eight states, including Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, and West Virginia.

In October 2024, Wild Eggs expanded its culinary offerings by acquiring St. Louis-based Crazy Bowls & Wraps. This acquisition allows Wild Eggs to operate a virtual Crazy Bowls & Wraps kitchen in the evenings, providing customers with a diverse range of dining options without impacting its traditional breakfast, brunch, and lunch menus.
