The Food and Beverage Manager role at Peachtree Group is a pivotal position responsible for the overall management and smooth operation of the hotel’s F&B services. This includes supervising the restaurant, cocktail lounge, banquet events, and room service food operations. The manager recruits, trains, and evaluates staff performance to foster a productive and motivated team. By overseeing inventory control and cost management, the Food and Beverage Manager ensures that operational expenses are optimized and waste is minimized. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage supervisory role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house F&B operations
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
