Culinary Offerings

At the heart of Ginger and Baker's offerings are two distinct dining experiences:

• The Café: a casual eatery serving breakfast all day, along with lunch and dinner. It features farm-to-table American classics such as Chicken Pot Pie, Crab & Artichoke Dip, and Bison Meatloaf. The Café also boasts a full bar and a selection of local beers.
• The Cache: an intimate dining space offering a curated menu of Colorado cuisine, complemented by over 130 wines, including selections from renowned vineyards. The Cache opens to a rooftop bar with a fireplace, TVs, and NoCo-inspired cocktails.

Complementing these dining options is the Market & Bakery, where guests can enjoy fresh-baked pies, pastries, and bread, as well as private label goods, home décor, and gifts from local artisans.

The Coffee Shop offers various brews including specialty lattes and matcha. It caters to both casual visitors and pet owners, featuring a specialty dog menu.
