The restaurant boasts an extensive selection of hand-cut and trimmed steaks, including corn-fed Midwest prime cuts, Northwest American beef, Japanese A5 wagyu, and organic grass-fed options.

Seafood offerings are equally impressive, with deliveries from Alaska and Hawaii several times a week, ensuring the freshest selections available. Vegetarian and vegan options, along with three-course prix fixe dinner options, round out the extensive menu.
