Expansion and Locations

In June 2023, Bambuza SLC Ventures LLC expanded its operations by opening a location at Salt Lake City International Airport's Concourse B.

This marked the company's first venture into the Utah market, bringing its signature Vietnamese dishes to travelers in the region.

The Salt Lake City International Airport location operates daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm in Terminal B.

Headquarters and Facilities

The company's headquarters are situated in Portland, Oregon, where they operate a 7,500-square-foot production facility dedicated to making Bambuza Vietnam Kitchen's signature sauces, broths, and marinades from scratch.
