Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; State-Certified Alcohol Compliance Training (ABC/RBS); Food Handler’s Card; At least 2 years of experience in a server position, preferably in an upscale/lifestyle brand hotel; Speaking other languages is a plus, but not required; Must have a flexible schedule: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment; Certification or training in wine service, bartending, or mixology; Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Excellent interpersonal skills; Genuine passion for hospitality; Willingness to work flexible schedules
