About: Harvest Restaurant Group is seeking an Executive Chef who is passionate about the culinary industry. A tasting and trial will be required during the interviewing process to assess the candidate’s skillset.
Requirements: 4+ years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment; experience in an American Tavern concept is strongly preferred; ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste; strong broiler skills are required; excellent attention to detail; team player and mentor
